Introducing…Apple’s iBooks 2 (and new software aimed at interactive digital textbooks)

The apps include a new version of iBooks, which will give students a portal to interactive, digital textbooks; iBooks Author, iWork-type software for building such textbooks; and a new version of iTunes U, which will give students and teachers an avenue for online communication.
