Justin Bieber's Gigantic JPMorgan Blunder

For a man who makes plenty of money, Justin Bieber doesn't seem to know much about banks.  When the teen pop star showed up at SPiN, a ping pong club in New York City, last week, the New York Post reports he got use of the club's private room on one condition: He'd have to leave by 6:30 p.m. to make room for a private party.  That pending private party was an event hosted by the bank JPMorgan Chase.

But when it came time for the Beebs and his crew to head out and make room for JPMorgan, the Post reports the singer indignantly asked, "Why does he get the room and not us?”

It appears the young celeb had no idea JPMorgan was actually a gigantic financial services company, confusing the bank with some random person named "J.P." Either that, or Bieber fears his fame may be eclipsed by the ghost of John Pierpont Morgan, the long-deceased American financier for whom the bank is named….
