Ex-Citadel programmer nabbed in trade secret theft

A former programmer for Citadel LLC has been indicted on federal charges of stealing trade secrets from the Chicago-based hedge fund.

Yihao "Ben" Pu is charged with multiple counts of theft of closely guarded computer code used to develop trading strategies, according to the federal indictment entered in court on Friday. He also faces two counts of computer fraud….
