Yahoo Chairman Dead Meat

Yahoo Inc., trying to make a clean break from its past amid shareholder pressure, announced a shake-up of its board that will include the departure of its non-executive chairman. Roy Bostock, who has led the board since 2008, and three other directors will step down later this year, the company said Tuesday.

As part of the widely expected move, the struggling Internet company also said it added two new directors and would search for others. The Yahoo board, which met Tuesday, is looking for "a couple" more members, but hasn't decided exactly how many, according to a person familiar with ...
