Top Firm's Boss Kicks Out 'Jerk' Employees

In the midst of global economic turmoil, the faces of the wealth and opulence have sometimes advised the obvious: it's not a good time to be showy about your money. Just last month, former Citigroup head Sandy Weil said the rich should be quieter these days, as he sold his $88 million penthouse, BusinessInsider reports.

But those are just recommendations. Barclays CEO Bob Diamond is going to make them a rule.

In a recent interview with The Times (of London), Diamond said he has fired up to 40 bankers for being jerks, prima donnas or overly ostentatious. [via The Guardian] He called it the "no jerks" rule....
