A former employee of Marvell Technology Group Ltd. Stanley Ng (aing),admitted Wednesday to leaking confidential financial information about the company to two people, which was then passed on to hedge funds, the Wall St Journal reports.
Federal prosecutors in Manhattan alleged that Ng, who worked in Marvell's finance department, passed along nonpublic information about the technology company's financial results to Winifred Jiau, a former consultant now in the Slammer....
