Here in New York, banks are telling their employees not to be lavish this holiday season, and many firms are canceling their Christmas parties. Not so in London, reports the Daily Mail. These hedge funders still know how to do Christmas — by spending crazy money and making it rain with $50 bills (which girls then run to scoop up, naturally).
It all went down in London's West End at a club called Rose Club, which is apparently super "posh." Here's the run through of how awesome this party was: The total bill came out to $110,236.60, Margeux, the waitress, got a $15,526 tip, There were six magnums of Dom Perignon $11,178.72 (with a $1,235.48 service charge) 24, 6 liter bottles of Ciroc Ultra Premium vodka (Prince Harry's Favorite), each bottle is over $2800. The club wouldn't reveal who the customer was....
