According to MarketWatch U.S. stocks opened higher Monday after four weeks of declines. "After a sharp fall in stocks and rally in Treasurys at the end of last week, investors this week will try to assess whether the outlook for the economy is quite as dire as the markets seem to suggest," said David Kelly, chief market strategist at J.P.
